RelationshipSecure values your privacy so your contact list is never stored on a web server. Once contacts confirm or modify their details, the updated contact information is sent directly back to your computer by e-mail. Since the information they enter is sent back to you directly, no copy of it remains in any website or database.

How RelationshipSecure Handles Your Outlook Contact List (Address Book)

Once you've installed the RelationshipSecure Outlook Add-in, your contact list remains on your computer as it did before. The software will never copy your address book to any web sites. Your contact information remains your own.

How RelationshipSecure handles the data you make available to it in the Verification and Mailing processes

When you instruct the RelationshipSecure software to verify contacts in your address book, the current information you have on file for the selected contacts is temporarily made available on secure web pages that only the respective contacts can access. For example, if you were to verify a contact in your address book named John Smith, his name, address, and any other contact information you have for him would be temporarily available on a secure web page that only he can access. There are only two ways this hypothetical contact would be able to access this information: 1) by clicking on the "No - Make Changes" link in the verification e-mail you send him through the RelationshipSecure add-in and 2) if you send him a fax or letter through RelationshipSecure, in which case he would have to enter a unique Username and Password that the software would generate for him. Once a contact has confirmed or updated their information, the data on the temporary web page assigned to them is deleted and their confirmed or updated contact information is sent directly back to your computer via e-mail.

We do not keep any copies of your contacts' information on file.

Mailing Lists and Third Parties

None of the contacts in your address book or that you verify with RelationshipSecure will be added to any mailing lists or shared with any third parties.

If you install the RelationshipSecure software on your computer, we may e-mail you with updated information about our products and services from time to time. However, any e-mails we send you will include opt-out instructions. In addition, we will never share your information with any other companies.
